Jim Miller is the editor of Vision Magazine: Ministering through Multimedia (www.VisionOnDemand.net), an online magazine for pastors and church leaders. Vision travels to churches that are using media effectively and spends time with the pastors and media leaders to find out how they do it. Jim spent 2 1/2 years as a church systems specialist and technical writer for Fowler Productions, and he has over 15 years of staff and volunteer ministry experience with Young Life and, currently, Our Lord's Community Church in Oklahoma City.

Shane Hipps is pastor of Trinity Mennonite Church—a missional, urban, Anabaptist congregation in Phoenix, AZ. He is also a full-time graduate student in Cinema and Media Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he has recently been researching Christian influence on the film industry in the 1920s-30s.

Tom Greever used to work in corporate marketing and even taught advertising in China for a few years. Then Community Christian Church agreed to pay his bills so he could create media for their eight Chicagoland locations. It's more fun than anyone should be legally allowed. And it's a great use of his degrees in marketing and missions. He is also married and has two totally cute kids that love to go camping and help out in garden.

Jodi Adams Jodi Adams is a teacher, author, and visionary for community worship. She has served as a worship pastor in an emergent church setting and now serves a number of Denver-area churches as a consultant and teacher, working to equip worship leaders for transformative worship. Jodi is a contributor to GiftedforLeadership.com and speaks regularly on the convergence of cultural issues and worship. In 2006, she began the Stained Glass Project as a forum for worship leaders and pastors who are seeking community and new frameworks for worship conversations. Constance E. Stella is the Creative Director of Worship at Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kan. She's also the founder of Saving Grace Productions, the production house within the church, where she has served full-time since 1998. She is the author of Video Ministry: Using Media in Worship Without Going Hollywood (Abingdon Press 2006) and of Wiring Your Church for Worship (Abingdon Press 2007). She also happily spends days each summer on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan with her husband, Reid, and her three teenagers.
