We have a few extra services during the Lenten and Easter season. What are some tips or advice you might be able to offer for those trying to juggle media responsibilities for every service?

I agree--and the consistency is something that people notice. It's a great way to "brand" your pre-Easter image if nothing else. The clip art of Easter Lilies and pastel colors gets old year after year anyway.

Keep it simple. Lent is a perfect time for simplicity. For our Ash Wednesday service, we used a black background with white text throughout the service. Our main graphic was a cross drawn to look like the Sign of the Cross. It was black on white on the bulletins and white on black on the screen. We'll do the exact same thing for Good Friday, then we'll kick it wide open come Easter Sunday.
